Using specialised dry cutting techniques, this service focuses on shaping your curls in their natural state, enhancing definition and removing weight where needed. Includes thorough consultation, cleansing and/or co-wash where needed and curly education and diffuser finish by our expert stylist so you can confidently manage your curls at home.
Curly Cut Refresh (Returning clients) (60mins) — from $120
Designed for naturally curly and wavy hair. This service focuses on re-shaping your curls in their natural state, enhancing definition and removing weight where needed. Includes specialised dry cut, curl-specific cleanse and/or co-wash and diffuser finish.

We offer a tiered pricing structure to reflect the experience and expertise of our stylists. Prices listed are a starting point (graduate stylists) and will vary depending on your chosen stylist, as well as your hair length, thickness and colour history.
We recommend rebooking your colour every 4–8 weeks to maintain optimal results.

FAQs
How do I book a hair appointment at your salon?
You can easily book your hair appointment with us in three convenient ways: Use our online booking tool, call us at 03 9570 1234, or stop by the salon to book in person. All booking requests are reviewed to ensure we allocate the right amount of time and understand your hair goals. We may call you to confirm the details of your booking.
What is your salon's cancellation policy and deposit requirement?
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. Same-day cancellations or reschedules will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. We understand things happen, but late cancellations and no-shows impact our stylists and other clients. If you need to change your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. For cancellations or rescheduling on Sundays, Mondays, or public holidays, please email us at hello@koihairco.com.au, as phone messages may not be received in time.
What happens if I'm running late for my hair appointment?
We understand that sometimes delays are unavoidable. We will hold your appointment up to 20 minutes past your scheduled time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will consider it a no-show, and our no-show policy will apply (your deposit will be forfeited). Please call us if you anticipate being late so we can try to accommodate you.
How long should I expect to be at the salon for my appointment?
Great hair transformations often require time! Depending on the services you’re having, your appointment could last anywhere from 3-4 hours. If you have time constraints or other commitments after your appointment, please let us know when booking so we can do our best to work within your schedule without compromising the quality of your hair service.
What if I don't want to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
While a 50% deposit is required to guarantee a specific stylist and time slot in advance, we understand that this might not suit everyone. You can try booking on the day of your desired appointment or join our waitlist. However, please note that without a deposit, we cannot guarantee a specific stylist or time slot.
