I’m Jo, the proud owner of Koi Hair Co. With years of experience in some of Melbourne’s top salons, I’ve developed a deep passion for precision haircuts, with a special love for curly hair. I believe in working with hair’s natural texture—every curl, wave, and strand is unique. My goal is to help clients embrace their natural beauty by understanding their hair type, using the right products, and maintaining a healthy routine. I also love educating my clients, giving them the confidence to style and manage their hair effortlessly at home.
Layla is our talented senior stylist and an expert in creating "lived-in" natural-looking colour that lasts. She listens carefully to her clients and offers honest advice on suitability and maintenance to ensure the best results. Known for her killer bouncy blow-dries, she brings volume and movement to every style. Layla is also refining her skills in curly cutting, applying her keen understanding of how hair falls naturally to all aspects of her work.
Charlie is our rising star, continuously refining her skills under the guidance of Jo and Layla. She's already skilled in colour application and making waves with her incredible blow-drying and styling techniques. Whether it’s a voluminous blow-dry or effortless beach waves, Charlie is your go-to for polished, long-lasting styles.
